Renovation of a 17.000 m² hotel complex in 6 months
Context
VOI Tanka Village, a project of our client Colliers, missioned Korus Group for the renovation of its 43-hectare seaside complex in southern Sardinia.

Our work
As General Contractor, Korus Group took on the challenge of managing the complex and large-scale renovation of 17,000 m², with a special focus on the VOI Tanka Selected area. Our team successfully managed over 300 workers and subcontractors to complete the entire renovation in just six months—a remarkable achievement considering the scale and complexity of the work involved.
The renovation of the VOI Tanka Selected area was the heart of the entire project. We placed great emphasis on delivering high-quality results while maintaining the original charm of the resort.
Interior
The dining areas have been completely reimagined, featuring revamped kitchens: two restaurants, and a charming breakfast room with a stunning terrace, all nestled within the exclusive Tanka Village Selected area.
The transformation extended to 165 rooms of VOI Tanka Village – 126 rooms VOI Tanka Selected – were modernized with new flooring, fresh paint, state-of-the-art home automation systems, and enhanced lighting—creating a chic, contemporary atmosphere that’s both stylish and inviting.
The lobbies and corridors received a full makeover, with upgraded lighting, sleek new flooring, and clearer signage, offering guests a more welcoming and functional experience from the moment they step inside.
Exterior Spaces
In the VOI Tanka Selected area, special attention was paid to the cabling lighting: overhauled and extended with new elements to increase not only safety, but also the aesthetics of the entire property. To create a more comfortable and cosier environment were built two new swimming pools. Additionally, we enhanced the rainwater management system by expanding the retention basin and installing new drainage systems, ensuring better water control and providing extra protection against adverse weather conditions.
In just six months, these extensive renovations have completely transformed VOI Tanka Village into a modern, stylish, and inviting haven for guests.
