Commitment of confidentiality towards visitors / Personal Data

Korus Group treats the collected data according to the general regulations on the protection of data.

What is the GDPR?

The general data protection regulation (GDPR) is a European regulatory text which ensures the fair treatment of data throughout the European Union. It aims to protect individuals with regards to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

Privacy Policy

We respect the privacy of everyone who visits this site. We do not collect personal information from our visitors without their consent. No scripts or schemes are used for this purpose. The only personal information we request from our visitors is their contact information and email address, which are provided voluntarily. Under no circumstances is this information given, exchanged, or sold to third parties without the consent of the individuals concerned.

Below you will find our policy on the treatment of personal data. The purpose of this text is to inform you about how we use this data and how to proceed if you wish to make a change.

The data processing register

In accordance with article 30 of the GDPR, Korus Group has set up this register with the aim of listing all files and thus, having an overall view of the processing of personal data in the company.

In order to create an exhaustive register, the staff member responsible for this process assessed all staff and the services likely to process personal data.

The responsible staff member then identified the company’s main activities that require the collection and processing of data.

Each data-collecting activity identified has a document specifying:

  • The objective or purpose pursued
  • The categories of data used
  • Who has access to the data
  • How long the data is kept

For each activity record created, it has been verified that:

  • The data is necessary for the activity
  • The data is not sensitive; if it is, that we have the right to process it
  • Only authorised persons have access to the data they need
  • The data is not kept beyond what is necessary

This register is updated as often as necessary.
The protection of personal data is taken into account from the design of a project and by default by each department concerned.
