Renovating an old building into a modern workspace
Context
SamyRoad, a rapidly growing marketing agency, sought to consolidate their one hundred employees in Madrid into a single office space.
The objective? To establish a Spanish headquarters in the heart of Madrid that reflects SamyRoad’s brand values and provides an inspiring, comfortable, and attractive workplace for its employees.
Our work
Appointed as general contractor, our Spanish team :
- Created modern workspaces and communal areas including coworking rooms, individual offices, open spaces, and a restaurant.
- Offered solutions upon discovering the need for unplanned structural work to ensure the project’s quality execution. These proposed solutions had to be technically feasible and implemented within the initial timeline.
- Executed all finishing work, including plumbing, electrical installations, flooring, painting, and more.
