Optimisation of workspaces thanks to flexoffice implementation
Context
One Identity, is a global leader in identity and access management solutions.
While downsizing their office spaces in Berlin by half, One Identity wanted to make sure to create flexible offices, demonstrating a strategic commitment to a more dynamic work environment.
A real challenge for our teams, who had to ensure the accessibility of the server for around fifty employees, relocated to other offices while simultaneously managing the construction work.
Our work
Mandated as the general contractor, our teams worked on:
- Construction of flexible workspaces: creation of new offices of 400 m², a blend of enclosed offices for four people, open space, and phone booths.
- Complete reconstruction of the offices, from the floor up to the acoustic elements on the ceiling.
