Nexity

Context

Deployment of a new concept, the “service platform” in the Vaise district of Lyon: the objective was to bring together on the same site the teams of 9 subsidiaries, operating in different but complementary businesses, in order to tell a common story.

Our work

Prior to the project, Korus Group Consulting provided full support to the Nexity teams in order to unite the various teams of each subsidiary. Ambassadors spoke for each subsidiary throughout the project, helping to define its identity, general organisation (macro-zoning), precise locations (micro-zoning) and, finally, the range of services offered (sports room, catering, etc.)

The Korus Group Centre Est Regional Management took over the collaborative design and monitoring of the work on the 7850m² spread over 6 levels (offices, sports hall, cafeterias, etc.).

The LBC by Korus Group teams then assisted Nexity in the selection and installation of the furniture.
