Renovation of a resort
Context
Project of approximately 480 rooms, divided as follows: Village (280 rooms) Laguna, Conrad hotel part of Hiltongroup (77 rooms), Oasi (36 rooms) and Baia (80 rooms). Construction of 10 restaurants, 2 swimming pools, 1 SPA with gymnasium, green areas and modification of the road network between the hotels.
