Creation of a modern showroom for a leading American car manufacturer north of Madrid.
Context
Transformation of an old building in Madrid from the 1990s into a modern center for one of the leading names in the car industry.
As this center consolidates a wide range of activities including administrative tasks for employees, sales operations and technical suppot for clients, the project benefited from Korus Group’s experience in fitting out three different type of spaces: offices, retail spaces, and industrial areas.
Beyond the technical challenges of integrating such a diverse range of spaces and activities, each of them having its own requirements and functions, the focus was placed on enhancing customer experience and employees’ well-being.
Our work
As general contractor, our team carried out a series of initiatives:
- Complete renovation of the building to transform this old building into a modern and comfortable space: creation of a workshop for car repair, a showroom for sales and bright offices for employees.
- Carrying out all the finishing work packages: plumbing, electricity, glazed partition, data MEP, flooring, painting, fire protection etc.
- Adapting to an evolving situation: after discovering structural problems on the building, our teams worked hard to propose technical solutions, including two structural reinforcements, to solve the problems within the set timeframe.
