Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand market reach and drive mutual growth opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and alignment with business objectives to encourage repeat business.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Leverage CRM tools to effectively manage leads, monitor progress, and ensure consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
  • Market Analysis & Competitor Benchmarking: Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, the competitive landscape, and client needs, allowing for adjustments to sales strategies that keep the company competitive.
  • Cross-Regional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business development teams from other regions to ensure a consistent approach in managing relationships with key corporate customers.
  • Customer Feedback Integration: Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously enhance service quality and identify emerging market opportunities.
