Your Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the BeLux Management, you will be responsible for delivering interior fit-out and Design & Build projects from start to finish.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Preparing project estimates and commercial proposals, including quantity take-offs, subcontractor enquiries, cost planning (TBB) and margin analysis
- Selecting, negotiating and managing subcontractors across structural works, fit-out and MEP packages
Planning project delivery and assessing technical feasibility
- Managing construction sites, coordinating internal teams and subcontractors while ensuring quality, safety, programme and profitability objectives are achieved
- Leading project meetings and providing regular progress and performance reporting to both clients and management
- Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle, including projects delivered within occupied buildings
Your Profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in construction project management, ideally within fit-out, refurbishment or Design & Build projects
- Good knowledge of the Luxembourg construction market and local subcontractor network
- Strong estimating and commercial skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel; MS Project is an advantage
- Fluent English is essential. French is highly desirable, while Luxembourgish, German or Dutch would be considered strong assets
- Self-motivated, well organised and detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities and a hands-on approach
